The Wang laboratory is interested in analyzing the regulation of biological activities at various levels in both normal and abnormal cellular states. We develop and apply experimental and computational approaches to develop novel quantitative understanding of normal morphogenesis of epithelial tissues and progression of epithelial tumors. In particular, we focus on the mechanism and regulation of gene expression and signaling networks in human breast cancer.
